Zion National Park
Zion National Park is located just north of Springdale in Southern Utah. Zion offers world famous hiking trails, which include easy day hikes, moderate trail hikes, and strenuous trails for the more adventurous. Backpackers find the West Rim Trail and The Narrows both beautiful and challenging.
Many enjoy the spectacular scenic drives throughout the park. The Zion Canyon Scenic Drive has regularly scheduled shuttle buses that provide a relaxing way to enjoy the scenic drive.
Zion National Park also offers bird watching and wildlife watching for the animal lovers who come to visit.
The east gate of Zion National Park is 46 miles (a 52-minute drive) from Aspen View Cabins. From there the drive through the Park to the main Visitors Center on the south end of Zion National Park is stunningly beautiful.
